$500 HOLIDAY CASH GIVEAWAY RULES

  1. On December 1, 2017, the Savoy Business Co-Op will draw 1 Grand Prize winner and 1 Second Place winner from all eligible entries, to receive a check for $500.00 (Grand Prize) and $250 (Second Place). Entry slips must be fully completed and legible to be deemed eligible.
     
  2. Registration for the Holiday Cash Giveaway is active from October 15, 2017 through November 18, 2017 at participating Savoy businesses. For a list of participating Savoy businesses visit www.gosavoy.com.
     
  3. A person must be 18 years or older to enter.
     
  4. A person may enter one time per day at participating Savoy business locations.
     
  5. Entries may be mailed, 1 entry per envelope, to Savoy Business Co-Op, P.O. Box 234, Savoy, IL 61874. Entries must include the full name, address, and phone number of the entrant. Mailed entries must be received by Savoy Business Co-Op by November 18, 2017.
     
  6. The drawings will be held at noon on December 1, 2017 at the Village of Savoy
    Robert C. McCleary Municipal Center, 611 N. Dunlap Ave, Savoy, IL. Winners do not need to be present to win. The winners will be notified by telephone on December 1, 2017.
     
  7. All entries become the property of the Savoy Business Co-Op. Savoy Business Co-Op will not sell, or otherwise make public, information from the entry forms except winners’ names may be used in a Savoy Business Co-Op promotion. Winners give permission for their picture to be taken and used by Savoy Business Co-Op.
     
  8. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
     
  9. The prize is not transferable.
     
  10. Taxes applicable to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
     
  11. Prizes must be claimed by December 16, 2017 otherwise an alternate winner will be chosen. The winner must sign a release when claiming the prize. Required on the release will be the winner’s proper name, current address, and phone number. Proof of age may be required.
     
  12. Decision of the judges are final including their interpretation of the contest rules.
     
  13. No purchase is necessary to enter.
